Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, and provide patient and caregiver instruction on proper usage.

You will also deliver customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources. The position requires working with routes and scheduling, ensuring equipment safety, accuracy in paperwork, and adherence to regulatory

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery, setup and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
