Rotech Healthcare Inc in the United States seeks a Customer Service Technician to handle delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, and to instruct patients and caregivers on proper use.

The role also provides phone and in-person customer service to patients and referral sources, coordinating deliveries and paperwork, with travel to patients' homes using company or personal vehicle as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with medical equipment and terminology is a plus.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities required.

Responsabilidades
