CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, and grounds. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems to meet standards and client requirements.

You will review work orders, manage parts, and lead preventive maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory directives. Strong communication and supervisory skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus across teams.
• Explain difficult information to stakeholders.
