Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50 lbs +).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, controls).
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Coach others and share specialized knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example to align with CBRE RISE values.
