Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building, industrial, and related systems. You will oversee tasks across mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems, review work orders, and manage materials while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience, Universal CFC certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and handle emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation within design specs and safety standards.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work responsibilities; ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety directives.
