Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware within a defined U.S. territory.

This role relies on cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to customers across multiple sectors. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store and must reside in the assigned territory. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a proven tenure in industrial sales, and the ability to manage a vehicle and daily reports.

Qualifications

• Education required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially route or industrial sales.
• Strong tenure: proven work history with a maximum of 3 companies in 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
