Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead mobile-store sales of industrial hardware across a defined geographic territory. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage the store's operations while meeting revenue and activity targets.

The role requires a high school diploma, a proven, long-tenured work history, and the ability to operate a mobile store vehicle in a safety-conscious manner. Residence in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure with max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales activity.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer information in company software.
