Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive industrial hardware sales within a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and present solutions directly at customer sites.

The role requires you to reside in the territory, own or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history while regularly kneeling and bending to access inventory and demos. Strong tenure and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Must reside in the assigned territory; relocation not offered.
Strong tenured background; maximum of 3 companies in past 10 years.
Ability to kneel and bend for mobile store operations.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects, research, referrals, and face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, operating, marketed, and report daily sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
