Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Territory Manager to grow the mobile industrial hardware business across a defined geographic region. You will prospect, sell, and operate a fully stocked mobile store, meeting customers on site and by visiting facilities.

The role requires disciplined self-management, a clean driving record, and physical ability to kneel and bend for store maintenance. Independent work and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, operational, and properly marketed; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts and notes in company software.
