Aspire Talent Solutions is expanding its field sales team with a Territory Manager in the Chicago, IL area. This role centers on delivering industrial hardware directly to customers via a fully stocked mobile store, supported by cold-calling and prospecting within a defined territory.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a proven, tenure-focused background, and the ability to operate and maintain a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background: max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must reside in assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store to present products and services.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, operational, and report daily sales and prospect activity.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
