Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is hiring a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined territory via a mobile store.

The role requires cold-calling, prospecting, and the ability to operate a fully stocked mobile storefront in the field. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in industrial sales, and a proven record of independence and goal attainment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background with at most 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and call on businesses near existing customers, making face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean and functional and submit daily sales reports.
• Data integrity: maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
