Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Territory Manager to lead industrial hardware sales within a defined geographic region using a fully equipped mobile store. You will grow the customer base through cold outreach and on-site visits in sectors like transportation, manufacturing, and facilities maintenance.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.
Residence within assigned territory; relocation not available.
Must purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
Clean driving history.

Responsibilities

Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
