Job summary

Talent Match Recruiting seeks a Territory Manager to lead mobile-store sales across a defined geography. The role focuses on prospecting, cold-calling, and presenting industrial hardware directly to customers using a fully stocked mobile store.

Ideally you reside within the territory and can purchase or lease a mobile-store vehicle; you must have a clean driving history and the physical ability to kneel and bend regularly. This is a field-based, full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Tenure stability: max 3 jobs in 10 years.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Face‑to‑face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
