Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to represent our mobile industrial hardware store across a defined geographic territory. You will travel with a fully stocked mobile store, cold-call prospects, and close new business within transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors.

Candidates must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and fit physically for regular kneeling and bending.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Tenure: maximum of 3 companies in 10 years; no job hopping.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and local cold/warm calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the mobile store, and submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company software.
