Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware via a mobile store across a defined geography. You will cold-call and prospect new clients, present solutions, and manage daily store operations.

The role requires relocation-free residency in the territory, ability to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle, and a strong driving history. Candidate must be self-driven and goal oriented.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job stability: strong tenure preferred; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Skills: Analytical, reasoning, and organizational strengths; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.
• Attributes: Able to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects via research, referrals, and calls.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, operational, and report daily sales and calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer information in company software.
