Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role relies on cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to build a customer base using a fully stocked mobile store.

Candidates must reside in the assigned territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. Physical ability to kneel and bend is required for operations in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities are required.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Outside industrial sales experience is a plus and job stability is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new business through research, referrals, and face-to-face calls with prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean and functional and submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
