Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile stores and industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage daily store operations while maintaining data integrity.

Residence within the territory is required and relocation is not offered. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales goals is essential.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
Strong tenured background; max of 3 companies in 10 years is preferred.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
Ability to work independently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, operational, and well-marketed; submit daily reports.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
