Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware store directly to customers in a defined geographic area. The role focuses on cold-calling and prospecting to develop new business, with an emphasis on prompt sales and on-site service.

You must reside in the assigned territory, be able to acquire a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and perform physically demanding store setup tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong stability in employment history; ideal candidate has ≤3 companies in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; perform face-to-face visits with cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using samples, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer information in company software.
