Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile industrial hardware store directly to customers within a defined geographic region. You will prospect, sell, and represent a fully stocked mobile store, visiting businesses and coordinating deliveries.

The role requires residing in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record; strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects, call on businesses near existing customers, and make face-to-face visits.
• Present solutions: use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales/orders.
• Data integrity: maintain customer information in company software.
