Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling experience.
• Ability to easily travel between branches on an as needed basis.
• Proven verbal communication skills and proven interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems in a timely manner.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and following Bank Policy.
• Assist with branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and customer/account maintenance.
• Log and escalated customer complaints in the appropriate system; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Promote digital engagement and onboarding of customers to banking solutions.
