Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Willingness and ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Demonstrated verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with entry-level internet and banking tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and resolve routine problems promptly.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, manage lobby flow, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate when necessary.
• Introduce customers to banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operations tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and handle account maintenance.
• Complete AML/KYC related activities and adhere to risk controls.
