• Accurately balance and process transactions per policy.
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Handle branch operations: cash orders, vault, ATM, wires.
• Process customer and account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC duties and related compliance tasks.
• Adhere to risk controls and support brand integrity.
