Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months customer service experience
• Ability to travel between branches as needed
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Well-organized with time management and prioritization
• Proficient with internet-based technology
• Bilingual capability a plus depending on branch needs

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demos; identify self-service opportunities
• Greet customers in the lobby and address immediate needs
• Accurately balance and process transactions following Bank Policy
• Resolve escalated account service issues and log complaints
• Introduce customers to banking partners for sales opportunities
• Perform branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers)
• Process customer/account maintenance
• Complete AML/KYC related activities
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls, support brand and audit requirements
