Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Technician Leader to join our Management Team and guide a growing team of mobile fleet technicians across the market. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while driving productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

You will travel to technician and customer locations, lead cross-functional meetings, and ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years’ experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Safe drivers needed with 3 YR MVR review; must hold a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain Driver Qualification File.
• Due to interstate operating authority, candidates must be at least 21 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians; provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Establish a high-performance team culture through ongoing development conversations.
• Own market-level performance including productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth; pursue new service opportunities.
• Monitor metrics, reports, and training records to drive continuous improvement and scalable operations.
• Lead onboarding of technicians and ensure resources, tools, and equipment for safe, effective work.
