Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States is seeking a Mobile Technician Leader to join the Management Team and support ongoing growth and service expansion. You will lead a team of mobile fleet technicians, coach staff, and partner with dispatch, parts, and sales to meet market goals.

Travel to client sites and technician locations will be frequent to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with several years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role with track record of developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians to drive performance and growth.
• Establish a high-performing culture through coaching and career development.
• Monitor market metrics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements.
• Develop and execute market growth strategies and expand client relationships.
