Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Technician Leader to head a team of mobile fleet technicians and drive growth in a expanding market. You will lead coaching, development, and performance management while aligning operations with company growth strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of related experience, including 3+ years in leadership; valid driver’s license and interstate operations awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain Driver Qualification File; at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of mobile fleet technicians to drive performance and growth.
• Own market-level performance including productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth; identify new service opportunities.
• Monitor operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control; manage onboarding and ramp-up of new technicians.
