Responsibilities

• Direct and coach a team of mobile fleet technicians.
• Drive performance: productivity, customer satisfaction, revenue growth.
• Monitor metrics, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up of new technicians.
• Collaborate with HR, Parts, IT, and Sales.
• Travel within the market to strengthen client relationships.
