Cox Fleet in the United States is hiring a Mobile Technician Manager to lead a growing team of mobile fleet technicians and drive service growth across markets. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Travel within the market is expected as you partner with operations, client services, and sales to expand customer relationships, optimize dispatch, and manage performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in people leadership with a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain Driver Qualification File.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead through change in dynamic growth environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage and provide direction to a team of mobile fleet technicians with hands-on leadership.
• Establish high-performance culture through coaching and career development discussions.
• Own market-level performance: productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth; identify new service opportunities.
• Monitor metrics, reports and safety records to drive continuous improvement and scalable operations.
• Lead onboarding of technicians and ramp-up for market expansion and capacity growth.
• Conduct safety audits and QCIs to reinforce safety and performance culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to define market growth strategies and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with dispatch, parts, billing, sales, and client services.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and environmental standards.
