Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years’ experience, or an equivalent combination (e.g., Master’s with ~4 years or PhD with ~1 year).
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a people leadership role, with a strong track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Valid driver’s license and an ability to travel within the market.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians with hands-on leadership.
• Drive market-level performance: productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
