You will travel within the market to strengthen relationships, expand customer coverage, and coordinate cross-functional operations to scale our services. A strong leadership background in fleet operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in a related field; alternative combinations may apply.
• Minimum of three years in a people leadership role with a proven track record.
• Safe driver with 3+ years MVR; valid driver's license; 21+ years old; interstate authority.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead through change in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians with strong hands-on leadership.
• Establish a high-performance, engaged culture through coaching and career development.
• Own market-level performance: productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Monitor metrics, reports, and training records to drive continuous improvement.
• Expand customer relationships and service penetration in untapped markets.
• Travel to technician and customer locations to strengthen relationships and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align operations with growth strategy.
• Ensure safety, DOT, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee onboarding, equipment, and access to systems for new hires.
• Recruit, interview, and hire technicians to scale the team.
• Collaborate with HR, parts, fleet management, IT, and other teams.
• Operate a company vehicle as part of market duties.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
