Qualifications

• 1–3 years hardware, software, and IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and resolve within SLAs.
• Travel up to 80% overnight as required; perform preventive maintenance.
