Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DoD and DHA facilities. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain proprietary hardware and software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, documenting actions, and traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or 3+ years of Field Service or Technical Support experience.
• CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent preferred.
• May be required to access DoD/DHA facilities with appropriate clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, prioritize, and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components; maintain full case ownership.
• Tackle complex issues independently and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Support government accounts requiring CAC eligibility.
