Job summary

CBRE Mobile Technician role in the Lawrenceville area focuses on facility maintenance across multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs. You will be equipped with a company vehicle, tools, fuel card, and branded uniform to support job performance.

Role requires 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination, plus a high school diploma or trade schooling and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Valid Driver’s License required.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep systems up to standard.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Demonstrate time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed.
Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
Operate company-issued vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
Communicate clearly to respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
