Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy loads of 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math and ability to calculate figures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and track completion.
• Support energy management to optimize system efficiency.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
