Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, system installations, energy management, and safety compliance. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and a valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 12 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered; valid drivers license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Corrigo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time to complete repairs, and identify materials needed.
• Support energy management to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicle in daily work responsibilities.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and supervisors to relay information.
• Follow defined procedures and work under supervision.
