Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to service retail sites in the Lawrenceville area, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, and support energy management while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
