Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to maintain and repair facility systems across the Dawsonville/Jasper/Gainesville area. You will work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building systems, with a fully equipped vehicle, tools, fuel card and branded uniform.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Apple products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate completion times and materials needed.
• Support energy management to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
• Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
