Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems at retail facilities from Pensacola to Panama City.

You will work with a company vehicle, tools, and safety gear provided to support efficient service delivery. You’ll handle work orders, estimate materials, and coordinate with clients, prioritizing safety and compliance while following established procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, provide ETA and materials needed.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles to job sites and communicate with clients and teammates.
• Follow defined procedures and work under supervision.
