Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple buildings and systems. You will support installation, review work orders, and help ensure energy efficiency and code compliance.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, adherence to procedures, and clear communication with clients and superiors. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with opportunities to grow within CBRE's global facilities services

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or trade school with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision.
