Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform maintenance on retail facility sites, covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs. You will manage work orders, assist with equipment installation, and ensure energy efficiency while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. The position offers a company vehicle, tools, fuel card, and a branded uniform.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Service Channel experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Demonstrate time management and review work orders with estimated time and materials needed.
