Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems across the Dawsonville/Jasper/Gainesville area. You will work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs with a fully equipped vehicle and uniform.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and Service Channel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Demonstrate time management and provide ETA and material estimates for repairs.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
