Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Facilities Engineer to maintain complex mechanical, plumbing, life-safety, and control systems for a premier financial client.

Expect a stable, day-shift schedule, Monday–Friday, with a company vehicle, tools, and uniforms provided from day one. Responsibilities include overseeing repairs across multiple building systems, reviewing work orders, and implementing preventive maintenance to meet design specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (MS Office) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders; estimate time/materials and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and handle emergency maintenance.
• Review building system inspections to ensure compliant operation.
• Oversee code/regulatory compliance and safety initiatives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily duties.
• Apply standard procedures to complex assignments and develop solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the team.
• Demonstrate CBRE's RISE values and lead by example.
• Impact client, operations, and project activities within teams.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information when needed.
