Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, systems, and equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience, a Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
