CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair building systems, supervise preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. You will oversee mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and life-safety systems while managing work orders and inventories.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license, with strong Microsoft Office skills and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment meets design specs.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
