T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting and deliver memorable service. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and promote benefits while consistently learning new skills to improve the customer experience.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales techniques, and coaching to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers, demonstrate products, and showcase the value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Learn and improve skills to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Attract potential customers to drive sales activity at the location.
• Follow up with customers, collect referrals, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
