Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, knowledge, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, completing product and process training, and driving sales while building relationships and providing outstanding experiences. A High School diploma and retail/sales exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Approximately 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools to educate and showcase value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and reference resources; contribute to store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract potential customers, and follow up to drive sales and referrals.
