Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to greet customers, educate on devices, and drive solutions in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage in a high-traffic environment, showcase benefits, and help customers stay connected with energy and expertise.

You'll complete training on store-in-store experiences, build relationships, and contribute to a welcoming, best-in-class customer experience while supporting sales activity and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of the store-in-store experience.
• Complete training on products, processes, and resources to provide best-in-class customer service and knowledge sharing.
• Attract and engage customers, build rapport, drive sales, and collect referrals and Be-Back opportunities.
