Store-in-Store Mobile Associates at T-Mobile are the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, expertise, and outstanding customer experiences in a high-traffic setting.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, educate customers on products, and build relationships to drive sales while promoting T-Mobile's benefits and culture that values growth and ownership.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• Customer satisfaction: focused advocate who balances customer experience and performance goals.
• Team building: willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing knowledge while serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and demonstrate products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
• Build rapport with customers, attract referrals, follow up, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.
