Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expert service to customers in a high-traffic environment. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while keeping the customer’s needs at the forefront.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship building, and the ability to drive sales while helping customers stay connected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• At T-Mobile, we are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences and building trust with customers. You will attract potential customers to drive sales activity, follow up, collect referrals, and form relationships with new and existing customers.
