Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, building product knowledge and guiding customers through technology and service options.

You will train on retail processes and wireless technology, with on-the-job training in the first 90 days and clear paths to Mobile Expert, incentives up to $18,000 annually, and stock grants. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with digital tools and wireless tech beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
